Jellyfil Ingredients: The Supplement Facts Label Line by Line

Written by the Jellyfil Editorial Desk · Medically reviewed by Dr. Rachel Rubin, MD, Physician · Reviewed · Last updated

Quick answer

Jellyfil ingredients are one 82 mg proprietary blend of nine names in a strawberry chewable gummy: muira puama extract, maca extract, catuaba extract, green tea extract, caffeine, ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed extract. Caffeine is the only one with a printed amount, at 5 mg. A serving is one gummy, a bottle holds 30, and the panel also lists 10 calories, 3 g of sugar and 4 mg of sodium.

The Supplement Facts panel as printed: serving size one gummy, 30 servings, and one 82 mg proprietary blend.

What is Jellyfil, according to its own label?

Start with what the bottle says about itself. The front reads "Jellyfil", "Premium Formula", "30 Gummies" and "Dietary Supplement". That is all. The label also says "Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients" and "Produced in a GMP Facility".

It is a chewable gummy with a strawberry flavor. The serving is one gummy. There are 30 servings in a bottle. The label direction is to take one gummy once daily as a dietary supplement, or as directed by a qualified health care professional, and it is for healthy adults 18 and older.

So when people search for "jelly filled gummies" or "jelly fill premium formula", this is the product they most likely mean. The name is spelled Jellyfil, one word.

Is it a gummy, or a pill, capsule, tablet or drops?

No. Search boxes fill with words like jelly fil pills, capsules, tablets and drops. Those are guesses at the form. The Supplement Facts panel says the serving size is 1 gummy, and the other-ingredients line lists a gelling agent, apple pectin, which is what makes a gummy a gummy.

That matters for two reasons. First, a gummy has sugar in it, and this one has 3 g of added sugar per serving. A capsule would not. Second, a gummy can soften in heat. The label asks you to store it at room temperature, 59 to 86 degrees F, with the bottle tightly closed.

What does each line of the Supplement Facts panel say?

The panel is short. Here it is, line by line, with a plain note for each.

Percent Daily Values on the panel are based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
LineAs printedPlain note

Added sugar3 g (6%)The sugar is added, not natural to the gummy

The blend names, in order from the largest share to the smallest, are muira puama extract, maca extract, catuaba extract, green tea extract, caffeine, ashwagandha, L-arginine, tribulus terrestris and horny goat weed extract. Because caffeine sits fifth at 5 mg, everything after it weighs 5 mg or less.

What else is in each gummy?

The other-ingredients line is printed in full, which is better than many labels. In order, it names corn syrup, cane sugar, water, apple pectin, sorbitol liquid, natural flavors, citric acid and sodium citrate dihydrate.

  • Corn syrup and cane sugar make up the sweet base and explain the 3 g of sugar.
  • Apple pectin is the gelling agent. It comes from fruit, so a vegetarian badge on this product can be checked against the label.
  • Sorbitol liquid is another part of the base. Its effect on any one person is not published for this product.
  • Natural flavors, citric acid and sodium citrate dihydrate round out the taste. Sodium citrate is where the 4 mg of sodium comes from, according to this site's own notes.

What do the small print and the stamps mean?

A footnote says the 82 mg blend is "equivalent to approximately 567 mg of dry powders". That is a statement about raw material before extraction. It is not a second dose. Split nine ways it would still be about 63 mg per ingredient, which is below every studied dose we list.

The label also carries the standard FDA statement: these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Put simply, this product is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. A GMP facility line says how the facility works. It says nothing about the product's results.

A warning asks pregnant or nursing people, anyone taking medicines and anyone with a medical condition to consult a doctor before use. It also says to stop and consult your doctor if an adverse reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Skip any bottle with a broken or missing seal under the cap.

Our view

A good label answers questions. This one answers some and avoids others. It tells you the form, the count, the sugar, the sodium and the full base. It names the nine ingredients in order. These are real strengths, and we say so.

Then it puts eight of the nine amounts behind one number, 82 mg. That is the part you cannot check. Read the panel once, slowly, with the table above beside you. If the missing amounts matter to you, ask the order desk what can be shared, and decide on what you can verify.

Last updated October 15, 2026. Dietary supplement; not FDA approved, and no supplement is. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.
